Taylors are the exclusive manufacturers of the Relief Lid (formally known as the Macvac lid). The Relief Lid lightly seals on a PVC membrane which means it is able to cope with sudden pressure changes. Pressure changes can occur through fermentation, the addition of blanketing gases or when a tank is emptied with the lid in place.

The Relief Lid is easy to retrofit to existing tanks without the need for onsite welding. The hinged design allows for good access during wine making and lids are easy to dismantle for cleaning. The Relief Lid could be the simplest way to protect your investment in tanks.
